My Story
Hey there! I'm April Weathers, the heart behind Whole Foods Wellness Coaching. My journey into wellness coaching began over a cup of herbal tea and a stack of biochemistry textbooks. It was a moment that I decided to put my 15 years of teaching and a Master of Science degree to work on my personal wellness. I rebooted my metabolism, lost 40 pounds and felt fantastic. Spontaneously those around me took notice and asked for helped, and that is how I became a coach.
I’ve always been passionate about understanding how our bodies tick.
From a young age, I've been curious about life and the inner workings of living things. This curiosity has grown into a passion for communicating my knowledge in ways that meet each person’s unique needs. I find immense joy in seeing my clients learn how to make positive changes that enhance their wellness.
But it's not all about science and research. My real motivation comes from the incredible people I meet every day—people like you, who are eager to take charge of their health. I believe that wellness is a personal journey, and I'm here to walk that path with you, offering personalized support, encouragement, and guidance.
